    The Chester Beatty requires licensing for commercial applications of our digital images. These applications are evaluated on a case by case basis for both permission and for licensing fees. If you are intending to publish any requested images please fill out the information below as completely as possible.

    If your use case is for personal use, research or scholarship and will not include publication of any kind please state this in the application section and leave the publication section blank.

    The Chester Beatty reserves the right to decline any order.

    Collections materials requested for digitisation will require evaluation to determine suitability for digitisation. Some items may require conservation treatment prior to imaging and therefore will not be available for immediate release.
    The Chester Beatty retains the right to decline any digital imaging request.
