Qigong in December (outdoor Qigong)

Qigong is an energy exercise and we’ll practice different movements to loosen our joints and move any stagnant energy. Pop on a warm hat, and cosy but flat footwear. And gloves if you like, you can always take them off when you feel warm enough.
